I am writing this review only because of my loan officer, Jeremy who did a great work to help us go through the personal loan process. He was absolutely awesome with his services. Not only did he inform us in details about PenFed and its services, but he also made sure that we got the loan in time. It was completely due to him that our loan process was quick and hassle free. Every question we asked him, he was able to answer them right back with the right answers.

I was paying a lot of interest rate for my different loans. My accountant suggested me that I consolidate my loans and thus, reduce the interest I paid regularly. Thankfully PenFed had great options with reasonable repayment plans that were comparably better than the other companies. I did a quick search about their services and after going through a few reviews, I decided to go ahead with PenFed and it was the best decision ever.
