CREDIT AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

This Credit Authorization Agreement (“Credit Authorization”) applies if you use TopFundings’ credit-informed matching feature. Please read it before clicking “Agree and Find My Rates.”

1. Who Is Authorized

By clicking “Agree and Find My Rates,” you authorize Array US, Inc. (“Array”), a third-party technology provider acting in connection with TopFundings, and our Partners to obtain information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies. TopFundings does not itself obtain your consumer report.

2. What This Authorizes

This authorization permits Array to request and review your consumer report for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for the products and services you are inquiring about, matching you with relevant Partner offers, and displaying results to you on the Site. This authorization constitutes your written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for Array to obtain this information for these purposes.

3. This Is a Soft Inquiry

The inquiry made under this Credit Authorization is a soft inquiry. It does not affect your credit score.

4. What Information Is Obtained, and What TopFundings Receives

Array obtains your full consumer report from Equifax. Array does not send TopFundings your full consumer report or your credit score. Instead, Array returns to TopFundings a limited, pre-configured set of matching results based on criteria TopFundings has established with Array. Your information is not shared with Partners or any other party as part of this specific credit-informed matching process.

5. What Happens After You Click “Agree and Find My Rates”

Array will process your authorized request. You will then be redirected to a TopFundings results or thank-you page, where an offer or other matching result may be displayed. A result shown to you is not a guarantee of approval, funding, or any particular rate or term.

6. Retention

Array retains the information obtained under this Credit Authorization for two (2) years. TopFundings may retain the matching output it receives from Array for no more than thirty (30) days, after which a new inquiry is required before that data can be used again.

7. This Authorization Is Separate

This Credit Authorization is separate from your acceptance of TopFundings’ Terms of Use, and separate from any consent you give to receive marketing calls or text messages. Accepting the Terms of Use alone does not give TopFundings or Array authority to obtain your consumer report. If you do not click “Agree and Find My Rates” after reviewing this Credit Authorization, this credit-informed matching feature will not be used, although other Site features may remain available to you.

8. Questions or Disputes About Your Consumer Report

TopFundings is not a consumer reporting agency and does not prepare consumer reports. If you have questions or believe information used in this feature is inaccurate, contact TopFundings support first at support@spotower.com. We will escalate the matter to Array, which will advise whether it can be resolved directly or should be directed to the applicable consumer reporting agency or furnisher.

9. Your Electronic Signature

Clicking “Agree and Find My Rates” constitutes your electronic signature to this Credit Authorization, given under the terms of our separate E-Sign Consent.
